Wesley is a very important member of our family, who else would make silly comments and noise during dinner or who would continually do handstands in front of the TV while we are trying to watch a show. Who else would come find mom to give her hug every morning? My little Wesley is a ball of energy and love...our family wouldn't be complete without him.
He had a fun birthday (I think it was fun anyway). He got to go to school and take a few tests but at least he got to wear a birthday crown as he did them! Mom ran to the store and picked up some "birthday" oreo's (limited edition --oh so good!) and dropped them off in his class room so he could share a treat with his class on his birthday!
He got off the bus, ran inside and saw mom finishing up his birthday cheese cake and asked if he could put the candles on! Sure...
You can see a few more presents and also a little of the decorations for the birthday celebration in the back ground.
Love that I caught this jewel as Wes is blowing out his candles in his new footed pj's!
Side note about footed pj's. Apparently they help you slide down the stairs a LOT faster because your shirt wont crawl up and you won't get a rug burn. So needless to say ever since the two little boys have gotten footed pj's it sounds like kids are constantly FALLING down the stairs. My favorite time is at 7am just as they get out of bed...gets the heart pumping really good! ☺
